Our top seller asparagus cream is made of 60% of fine grind asparagus and 40% of finely chopped asparagus. it's a ready to use product for your risotto, as well as condiment for gnocchi, lasagne and short cut pasta. Also a fantastic topping for pizzas, bruschetta and omelettes.
When mixed with ricotta cheese, potatoes, eggs and parmesan cheese it becomes the perfect filling for home made ravioli, cannelloni, casserole, savory pies.
if you would like to make an asparagus soup simply add a bit of butter , potato starch and broth.
