Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at SOGNO TOSCANO TUSCAN DREAM, INC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order processing time is subject to a significant delay we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We are currently offering free shipping for orders above $99 or more, excluding perishable products. Any order below this value is subject to a $14.99 flat shipping fee.

For non-perishable items

- Orders of $99 and above ship free
- Orders under $99 have a flat shipping fee of $14.99

For orders containing perishable items

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. Free shipping does not apply to any order containing perishable products regardless of the total value.

Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 1-5 days depending on the destination area. Our ground service is operating 7 days a week. All perishable orders are delivered within 2 business days . Perishable orders placed between Thursday and Sunday are shipped the following Monday. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Exceptions

Hawaii & Alaska

We ship via Fedex express service only.

Multiple Shipments

When an order contains a mix of fresh and dry products it is typically split across two shipments. Non perishable products are delivered via ground service and perishable products are delivered via 2 day express service. Some exceptions may apply depending on the delivery area, when the destination is within 1 to 2 business days of transit time we ship using ground service.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

SOGNO TOSCANO TUSCAN DREAM, INC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

SOGNO TOSCANO TUSCAN DREAM, INC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
