Where can I use my gift card?

Our gift cards can be used for online orders up to 6 months from the date of issue.


Why are some products unavailable in my area?

We want you to have the best experience possible. But unfortunately, due to the freshness of some products and availability in our nation-wide warehouses, some products cannot be sent to certain areas of the United States. However, the vast majority of products should be available to everyone in the USA.


What is the best way to reach customer support?

For order inquiries, please email us at or message us on the live chat widget. We are available for assistance 5 days a week between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 


What forms of payment do you currently accept? 

We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.


How do I modify or cancel my order? 

To modify or cancel your order, please chat with us, or email us at as soon as you can, and before your order has been shipped. Please note that orders cannot be modified or canceled if your order is preparing for shipment.


Is there a mobile app available?

Sogno Toscano is best experienced using our iOS app in the App Store or Android in the Google Play Store. 


Can I apply a discount to an order I’ve already placed?

If you mistakenly place an order without applying a discount code, send us a message ASAP over the live chat and we’ll help you retroactively apply the discount. Inquiries to apply a discount code retroactively must be made before we ship the order.


I just missed a promotion, can I still get the deal?

We get that life is busy and timing is everything. Email us at or on the live chat and we’ll see what we can do. Inquiries to apply promotional discounts retroactively must be made 24 hours after the promotion ends. Otherwise, you’ll have to wait for the next one.


What is your refund policy?

Our goal is to make sure that you're happy and have the best experience possible. That means if you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund your order, minus shipping and handling. To request a refund, please send an email to or chat with us live, and provide your name, order confirmation number, and reason for the request, within 5 days of receiving your shipment.


How do I track the status of my order? 

When we ship the order, we provide an email with your tracking numbers. Due to the impact of the pandemic, we are experiencing a high volume of deliveries and may encounter delays as a result. If you need urgent assistance, please message our live chat.
