Tagliatelle artisan pasta comes from pasta masters OroGiallo, a leading company from Campania specialized in the production of handmade fresh pasta. Owned by the Milito family, the producer is well known for preserving traditional handmade methods with the use of advanced technology and excellent raw materials.
The variety of Italian wheats carefully selected for the OroGiallo production comes from natural spikes combined with the healthy and thermal water of Contursi Terme, a small Campanian town where the company is based.
The traditional bronze drawing, slow and natural drying processes coupled with technologically advanced equipments make the OroGiallo pasta absolutely unique.
100% Italian durum wheat semolina, egg (23%), water.
How to store
Preserve in the fridge at max 4°C, once the package is open consume pasta within 2-3 days. For best before date see back label.
Bring water to a boil, add salt as desired. Add pasta and cook for 3-5 minutes stirring from time to time. Drain e mix with your favorite sauce.
