Prosciutto San Daniele with a Delicate, Balanced Flavor

This Prosciutto San Daniele PDO is made from Italian pork and salt and slowly cured for approximately two years, allowing its aromas and delicate savory character to develop gradually.This finished whole deboned ham has a pinkish-red color with delicate white marbling, a refined aroma that becomes more pronounced with aging, and subtle notes reminiscent of bread crust, dried fruit and barley malt.
