This wine-infused Pecorino is crafted in Tuscany from sheep's milk and matured with grape marc, or vinacce, to develop a distinctive aroma and fruity depth.

The cheese combines the savory character of Pecorino di Montalcino with the aromas associated with winemaking. Grape skins remain visible on the rind, giving the wheel its rustic and unmistakable appearance.

Ingredients

Pasteurized sheep milk, rennet, salt, lactic starter. Rind treated with matamycin (a mold inhibitor).Contains milk, may contain: pistachio , walnuts.
