Italian Panettone with Candied Pear & Chocolate

Imported from Italy, this Pear & Chocolate Panettone gives the traditional Italian Christmas cake a rich, fruity twist. Naturally leavened with sourdough, its soft, fragrant dough is enriched with 7% chocolate drops and 7% candied pear, creating a balanced combination of delicate fruit sweetness and chocolate.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, butter (milk), sugar, egg yolk, chocolate drops 7% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), candied pear cubes 7% (pear, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidity regulator: citric acid), sourdough, invert sugar syrup, eggs, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, malted wheat flour, milk protein, natural citrus and vanilla flavors, preservative: sorbic acid.

Contains: Wheat, milk, egg and soy. May contain traces of tree nuts.  

How to Store

Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
