Traditional Italian Panettone with Raisins & Candied Fruit

Imported from Italy, this classic Italian panettone is made following traditional methods with carefully selected ingredients and natural sourdough. The dough undergoes a long, slow leavening process of at least 30 hours, developing its characteristic soft, airy texture and delicate aroma before being enriched with raisins and candied orange peel.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, sultana raisins 16%, butter (milk), sugar, egg yolk, sourdough 6%, candied orange peel 4% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidity regulator: citric acid), invert sugar syrup, eggs, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, barley malt, milk protein, natural citrus flavors, natural Madagascar vanilla extract.

Contains: Wheat, barley, eggs, milk. May contain: Soy, tree nuts (almond, pistachio, hazelnut), sesame and coconut.
