Traditional Organic Panettone with Raisins & Candied Orange

Imported from Italy, this Organic Panettone brings the classic flavors of the Italian Christmas tradition together with ingredients sourced from organic farming. Naturally leavened with sourdough, its soft golden dough is enriched with sultana raisins and candied orange peel for a fragrant balance of fruit and citrus. The finished cake has the traditional domed shape and golden surface characteristic of classic panettone.

Organic wheat flour, eggs, organic sultanas, organic vegetable margarine (organic shea butter, organic high-oleic sunflower oil, water, acidity regulator: citric acid), organic cane sugar, organic sourdough 6% (organic wheat flour, water), organic candied orange peel (organic orange peel, organic glucose-fructose syrup, organic cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice), organic agave syrup, emulsifier: organic soy lecithin, organic barley malt, sea salt, natural citrus flavors (orange, lemon), natural vanilla flavor. Contains: Wheat, barley, milk, egg and soy. May contain: Tree nuts (almond, pistachio, hazelnut, walnuts), sesame and coconut.
