Our Black Summer Truffle is freshly sourced each week from Italy, following the natural harvest calendar to ensure peak quality and flavor. At this stage of the season, our truffles primarily come from the central regions of Umbria, Marche, and Abruzzo, areas renowned for their rich soil and ideal growing conditions. We will transition our procurement to the northern regions of Liguria, lower Piedmont, and Emilia-Romagna, where the truffles develop their distinctive aromatic profile later in the season.

Fresh truffle is exclusively available on pre-order. Lead time is 7-10 days. We ship this product overnight , the shipping cost is included in the price.

 

How to store

Keep truffle tightly wrapped in paper and refrigerated. For best quality change paper wrap on a daily basis.
