Bresaola is a lean, air-cured beef specialty made from the prime rump, or punta d’anca, and slowly seasoned to develop a deep red color, tender texture and delicate savory-sweet flavor.

Made in Uruguay, this approximately 3 lb whole piece is marinated with red wine, mountain herbs and spices before curing, creating a refined cured beef that is ideal for slicing thinly and serving as part of an antipasto or charcuterie board.

Beef, salt, dextrose, spices, garlic, sodium nitrate and potassium nitrate.
