Barolo Wine Vinegar is made by 100% Barolo Wine and is characterized by its bright orange and red tones. A quality vinegar, with a round and soft taste, obtained from the fermentation of prestigious nebbiolo grape of the Piemonte region. The alcoholic residue of about 1.5% alcohol enhances its perfume and aroma , any sedimentation is an indication of genuineness. 

Perfect for a salad dressing, this vinegar is also great when used for marinades.
