This Aged Pecorino is crafted in Tuscany from sheep's milk and matured to develop a firm texture and balanced savory flavor. Imported from Italy as a whole wheel, this traditional Pecorino di Montalcino reflects the character of Tuscan sheep's milk cheese and makes a versatile addition to cheese boards, antipasti and everyday cooking.

Ingredients

Pasteurized Sheep Milk, ,rennet, salt , lactic starters. Rind treated with natamycin ( a mold inhibitor).Contains milk, may contain pistachio & walnuts.

Rind colored with synthetic iron oxide, the rind is not edible.

How to store

Keep refrigerated. After cutting, wrap the cheese well and return it promptly to the refrigerator.
