Whether you’re hosting a backyard BBQ, heading to a picnic, or simply enjoying an alfresco aperitivo, our Ultimate Memorial Day Charcuterie Plate is your go-to grazing board for the season.

This curated selection blends the best of Italian tradition with a touch of American artisanal flair, crafted to impress your guests and elevate your spread.

Doses for : 4 people

INGREDIENTS

- 4 oz Sliced Mortadella with Pistachio

- 4oz Sliced Parma Prosciutto 18 month aged

- 8.46 oz Salame Strolghino

- 8.8 oz Parmigiano Reggiano DOP

- 8 oz Jasper Hill Willoughby 

- 1 jar of Mediterranean Fantasy Olives

- 1 jar Mix fruit Mustard ( use as needed)

- Italian Classic mini breadsticks with EVOO

- Optional garnish : edible flowers, fresh herbs & fresh fruits

PREPARATION

1. Prep Your Platter: choose a large wooden board, slate, or serving tray. 

2. Arrange the Charcuterie: fold prosciutto into loose ribbons and cluster on one side of the board.Fan out mortadella slices in overlapping circles. Coil strolghino salame into small rosettes or rustic piles.

3. Add the Cheese: break Parmigiano Reggiano into irregular shards and group in a corner.Place the Willoughby cheese in the center or slightly off-center for balance. If soft and ripe, let it sit at room temp 20 minutes before serving.

4. Fill in the Gaps: drain Mediterranean Fantasy olives into a small bowl and place on the board. Spread a generous dollop of spicy fruit mustard on the cheeses. Scatter mini breadsticks across the board or serve on the side for dipping and stacking.

5 . Garnish and Serve ( optional): add fresh herbs or edible flowers for a festive flair, add fresh fruit like grapes or berries for a sweet contrast.

6. Serve immediately, or cover loosely and chill until guests arrive.
