Fontina Fontal is from northern Italy and is a semi-firm cheese made from prime quality Italian cow's milk. Fontina Fontal has a pale straw color and has a supple but dense texture. It's mild, nutty flavor is almost sweet with a touch of tartness. 2.6 kg.
