Pre-Cooked "Farinate" Chickpea Flour Flat Breads

Farinata is a favorite dish served up and down the coast of seaside Liguria. The rustic recipe features chickpea flour, extra virgin olive oil, and herbs, then blistered into a flat bread and finally showered with fresh toppings. 

There are days when we do not know what to cook, today we want to help you with that, three quick and easy recipes that will cheer up your family and friends or simply be the perfect company for a night of series.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Grilled mushrooms
  • Olive oil
  • Garnish
  • Oregano
  • Potato
  • Onions
  • Zucchinis
  • Peppers
  • Salt and pepper

PREPARATION:

Farinata (Chickpea Flour Flat Bread) with Oregano & Tomato 🍅

  1. Bake 380F for about 10 mins
  2. Drizzle with olive oil
  3. Garnish with grilled mushrooms
  4. Slice mushrooms and grill until they ready
  5. Garnish with oregano

Farinata (Chickpea Flour Flat Bread) with Rosemary 🌿

  1. Bake 380F about 10 mins
  2. Drizzle with olive oil
  3. Garnish with potato baked chips and grilled onions
  4. Cut potato in thin slices, assemble in one layer on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper, bake at 400F for about 10-15 min

Farinata (Chickpea Flour Flat Bread) with Black Pepper 🥧

  1. Bake 380F for about 10 mins
  2. Drizzle with olive oil
  3. Garnish with grilled zucchinis and grilled sweet peppers
  4. Slice zucchini very thin, grill for 30 sec to 1 min on the grill. Grill pepper and cut it in stripes.
