Our 100% Italian Arborio Rice comes completely from Arborio in the Po Valley. When cooked the rounded grains remain firm but still creamy due to their higher amylopectin starch content. Perfect for making your risotto!
100% Italian arborio rice , 1x 2.2lb bag.
For each cup of rice combine 2 cups of water. Bring water to a boil and add salt. Add the rice and let the water come back to a gentle simmer . Then reduce the heat, cover the top and cook for up to 15 minutes.
