Tuscan Skewers with Parmigiano, Artichokes and Prosciutto

Ingredients (Valid for 4 people)

•12 slices of prosciutto crudo
•Lemon zest 
•Thyme leaves 


1) Drain 12 artichokes in oil and cut them in half, vertically and drain 12 dried tomatoes in oil at the same time, arrange 1 sgl sundried tomato near the edge of the slice of the prosciutto crudo roll to create a prosciutto roll with the sundried tomatoes inside.
2) Cut the Parmigiano Reggiano into 24 cubes and insert all the ingridients into the skewers following this schedule: parmigiano cube, half baby artichokes, sundried prosciutto roll, another half baby artichoke, another parmigiano cube
3) Now that the skewers are almost ready, grate on top of all of them lemon zest and gently put the thyme leaves as well. Finish the plate topping some drops of aged balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze.
