INGREDIENTS
- 2-5 tbsp olive oilâ Â
- 2 cans of canned tomatoesâ Â
- Salt/Sugar/Pepperâ Â
- 1 garlic cloveâ Â
- â
cup of fresh basilâ
PREPARATION
- Heat 2-5 tbsp of olive oil in a saucepan
- â Add 2 cans of ST canned tomatoesâ
- Crush them with a hand blender or with a wooden spoon
- â When it's starting to boil - add a teaspoon of salt, sugar and black pepperâ
- Add one crushed garlic clove and a pinch of fresh basil (optional)â Â
- Simmer on low heat for at least two-three hours.
