•  Pancake batter
•  Young potato
•  Sour cream
•  Red caviar
•  Fresh dill
•  Smoked salmon

PREPARATION

1. Prepare batter for crepes and for pancakes 
2. Fry crepes and pancakes 
3. Boil young potatoes 
4. Crush the potatoes, garnish with a spoon of sour cream, caviar on top, and fresh dill 
5. Make envelopes from the crepes and garnish with sour cream and caviar
6. Garnish pancakes with a spoon of sour cream, caviar, and smoked salmon
