Smoked Tuna and Avocado Tartine

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 6 sliced of smoked tuna
  • bread
  • 1/2  spring onion or chives
  • cayenne, salt & pepper
  • 1  avocado
  • 2  lime
  • EVOO

 

Preparation:

 

  1. Slice the spring onion and place it into a bowl of cold water than refrigerate.
  2. Mash the avocado and add lime juice, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper as you like.
  3. Slice and Toast the bread
  4. Plate and garnish the dish as you prefer 

You can also try another version and substitute smoked tuna with octopus salame.
