Smoked Tuna and Avocado Tartine
- 6 sliced of smoked tuna
- 1/2 spring onion or chives
- cayenne, salt & pepper
- 1 avocado
- 2 lime
- Slice the spring onion and place it into a bowl of cold water than refrigerate.
- Mash the avocado and add lime juice, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper as you like.
- Slice and Toast the bread
- Plate and garnish the dish as you prefer
You can also try another version and substitute smoked tuna with octopus salame.
