Small quiches with smoked bacon and dried tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 roll of ready-made brisée pasta
- 2dl of fresh cream
- 2 eggs
- 50g of smoked bacon
- 40g of grated Gruyere cheese
- 25g of dried tomatoes half a teaspoon of paprika
- Salt & pepper
Preparation
- Cut the discs from the size of the tart molds in the shortcrust pastry and coat the molds.
- Soak the tomatoes in a cup of hot water for a few minutes, squeeze them and cut them roughly.
- Blend the dried tomatoes with the cream, the eggs, the paprika powder, a pinch of salt and generous ground pepper.
- Then cut the bacon into cubes and distribute them on the bottom of the tarts.
- Complete with the whipped cream and finish with the coarsely grated Gruyere.
- Bake at 180 ° C for a few minutes until the tarts are cooked and golden brown.
