Preparation

  1. Cut the discs from the size of the tart molds in the shortcrust pastry and coat the molds.
  2. Soak the tomatoes in a cup of hot water for a few minutes, squeeze them and cut them roughly.
  3. Blend the dried tomatoes with the cream, the eggs, the paprika powder, a pinch of salt and generous ground pepper.
  4. Then cut the bacon into cubes and distribute them on the bottom of the tarts.
  5. Complete with the whipped cream and finish with the coarsely grated Gruyere.
  6. Bake at 180 ° C for a few minutes until the tarts are cooked and golden brown.
