Savory Madeleine with the scent of porcini, hazelnuts and truffle

Ingredients
- 120g of flour
- 100g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 40g of grated Parmesan
- 30g of toasted hazelnut flour
- 20g of extra virgin olive oil flavored with black truffle
- 10g of dried porcini mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon of unsweetened baking powder. Salt
- Ground pepper
Preparation
- With the blender, reduce the dried porcini mushrooms to powder.
- Beat the eggs with the Parmesan and the porcini powder.
- Add the flour, salt, baking powder and hazelnut flour, then the melted butter, the truffle oil and a little pepper.
- Mix everything well and fill the molds with madeleine (or mini-cake).
- Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the madeleines are golden brown.
- Leave to cool on a wire rack.
