Savory Madeleine with the scent of porcini, hazelnuts and truffle

IngredientsÂ
120g of
flour
100g of butter
2 eggs
40g of
grated Parmesan
30g of toasted hazelnut flour
20g of extra virgin olive oil flavored with black truffle
10g of dried porcini mushrooms
1 teaspoon of unsweetened baking powder. Salt
Ground pepper
Preparation
With the blender, reduce the dried porcini mushrooms to powder.
Beat the eggs with the Parmesan and the porcini powder.
Add the flour, salt, baking powder and hazelnut flour, then the melted butter, the truffle oil and a little pepper.
Mix everything well and fill the molds with madeleine (or mini-cake).
Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the madeleines are golden brown.
Leave to cool on a wire rack.
