Savory Madeleine with the scent of porcini, hazelnuts and truffle

Ingredients 

Preparation

  1. With the blender, reduce the dried porcini mushrooms to powder.
  2. Beat the eggs with the Parmesan and the porcini powder.
  3. Add the flour, salt, baking powder and hazelnut flour, then the melted butter, the truffle oil and a little pepper.
  4. Mix everything well and fill the molds with madeleine (or mini-cake).
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the madeleines are golden brown.
  6. Leave to cool on a wire rack.
