Tip
It may seem like an unusual pairing, but in reality the pepper, removed the skin, reveals that sweet note that we find in the strawberry, before ending with a sour and fresh tip.
Preparation
- Cook the peppers on the grill or in the oven, on a not too violent heat, turning them from time to time until they are beautiful cooked and dried.
- Place the peppers on a plate, cover with cling film and leave them to cool for about 10 minutes.
- After this time, peel and clean the peppers, cut them lengthwise into strips two centimeters wide.
- Place the strips of pepper on a plate, season with chopped garlic, salt, pepper and basil leaves.
- Wash the strawberries and make small sticks as tall as the strips of pepper.
- Drain the pepper and wrap each strip on a strawberry stick, secure with a skewer and serve.
