Mini Pizzas

 

“Every pizza is a personal pizza if you try hard enough and believe in yourself." Create fun, beautiful, and tasty pizzas. All you need is cookie forms and a little bit of imagination.

 

 

Ingredients:

  

Preparation:

  1. Pre heat the oven at 350°
  2. Cut the cresent roll into 10m circles or as you prefer and place them into a tray.
  3. Add on each little pizza a little of  Sogno Toscano cherry tomatoes passata, anchovies fillets pieces, EVOO, oregano, salt and pepper.
  4. Place the tray into the oven and bake according its cooking time placed on the crescent roll or pizza dough confection.
  5. Finish with adding fresh mozzarella di bufala or broil for few more minutes till it melts as you prefer.
