
Meat and Cheese Skewers
INGREDIENTS (6 servings)
- 4oz fontina
- 6oz mortadella
- 2 carrots
- 4oz provolone
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 6 radishes
- grapes
- 6 slices Tuscan salame
- vinegar
PREPARATION
- Cut the carrots into triangular slices about 1/3 inch thick and sauté them in a pan with a little vinegar.
- With a cookie cutter, make several star shaped pieces of mortadella and provolone.
- Cut the fontina in cubes and the radish in quarters or halves.
- Prepare the skewers alternating carrots, provolone, salame, cherry tomatoes, radishes, fontina, grapes and mortadella.
