
Leeks with Speck
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 12 leeks leafs
- 200 g Sogno Toscano speck
- 1 shallot
- 2 spoons Red vinegar
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ vegetable broth
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt, Pepper
Preparation:
- Wash the leeks, cut out the ending parts and in small log. Roll the speck.
- Peel and slice the shallot.
- Chop the garlic and put it in the pan with broth and bay leaf and let it seasoned for 5 minutes.
- Add the leeks with the speck, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
