Gorgonzola and pear glasses

Ingredients
- 150g spicy gorgonzola
- 200g mascarpone
- 2-3 tablespoons of milk
- 4 pears
- A spoonful of butter
- A spoonful of brown sugar
- Salt & pepper
Tip
Super-classic combination, rethought in fashion, or in glasses. Croutons can also be assembled with the same components.
Preparation
- Blend the crumbled gorgonzola together with the mascarpone and the milk until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
- Season with ground black pepper. Peel two pears, cut them into cubes, and sauté them for 5-6 minutes with half a spoonful of butter and half a spoonful of sugar until they are lightly caramelized.
- Keep it aside. Wash the two remaining pears, cut them into small pieces and sauté them in a pan with the remaining butter and sugar.
- Alternate, in small glasses, the gorgonzola cream with the pear cubes, finish with a wedges.
