Fried Artichokes




1) Take 1 artichoke with stem Sogno Toscano, cut them into 4-6 segments;

2) Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt, dip the  artichokes, then pass them in 40 g of flour mixed with 40 g of grated parmesan.

3) Heat in a pan for fried abundant oil, cook the artichokes over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, drain on paper towels and serve sprinkled with 80g of Grana.
