Fried Artichokes
Ingredients:
- 80 gr Grana Padano or Parmigiano Reggiano
- 2 eggs
- 4 Carciofi alla Romana (Artichokes with Stem) or Artichokes quarters
- 40 gr 00 flour
PREPARATION:
1) Take 1 artichoke with stem Sogno Toscano, cut them into 4-6 segments;
2) Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt, dip the artichokes, then pass them in 40 g of flour mixed with 40 g of grated parmesan.
3) Heat in a pan for fried abundant oil, cook the artichokes over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, drain on paper towels and serve sprinkled with 80g of Grana.
