Ingredients
Tip
Make sure that the tuna is very fresh, alternatively you can also use swordfish. If you are not a lover of raw meat, you can prepare the cubes in the exact same way and cook them quickly in a pan with a drizzle of oil for about 30 seconds on each side, before adding raspberries and toothpicks.
Preparation
- Cut the tuna into cubes of about 1.5cm each side.
- Marinate the cubes with a drizzle of oil, salt, ground pepper and half a grated lemon peel.
- Chop all the herbs together with a knife.
- Drain the diced tuna, pass them in the herbs by pressing all sides well and finally skewer each cub with a raspberry and place on a serving plate.Ç
