Tired of the same old weekend breakfast of eggs and toast? This spin on a typical dinner style pizza is perfect for those late weekend breakfasts. Crispy, cheesy, eggy, and fresh! In 20 minutes, a beautiful Italian breakfast is ready to serve. This ain't no cold pizza leftover! How to garnish? Here comes your fantasy.   1. Form two prolonged pieces from a pizza dough 
  2. Grease it with olive oil
  3. Cover one with ricotta cheese and mozzarella layer on top
  4. Cover the second one with pesto and parmesan cheese - add cherry tomatoes and olives on top. 
  5. Bake for 10 minutes at 425 F 
  6. Take it out from the oven, form a little hollow in the middle and break an egg in each of pizza
  7. Send it back into the oven for 2-3 additional minutes at 400 F
  8. Garnish with greens 
In this recipe we use only ready to eat products. All you need is to open your fridge, put several things together and voilà 👌🏽🍕🍳 Enjoy!
