Sogno Toscano
Apricot with prosciutto crudo and Brandy.

Ingredients:

Preparation:
If use dried apricot:
- Soften 8 dried apricots in a bowl with a bit of brandy for 10 minutes.
- Drain the apricots and dry them
- Wrap them with 1/2 slice of Sogno Toscano prosciutto crudo sliced
- Thread together with a skewer or toothpick
- TIP put the oven preheated at 480 degree for 2 minutes for warm spiedini
If used fresh apricot:
- Cut 2 apricots into slices and put them in a bowl with a bit of brandy for 10 minutes.
- Drain the apricots and dry them
- Wrap them with 1/2 slice of Sogno Toscano prosciutto crudo sliced
- Thread together with a skewer or toothpick
- TIP put the oven preheated at 480 degree for 2 minutes for warm spiedini
