Shakshuka is a Mediterranean dish that can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The main ingredients - eggs, tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic.
Everything else can be added from scratch.

INGREDIENTS
🥦 🍄 Ingredients for Vegetarian:
- Olive oil • 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- ⅓ cup of fresh chili pepper
- 1 cup of onions
- 1 cup of bell peppers
- Salt and pepper
- Powder smoked Paprika

Canned cherry tomatoes (or fresh)
- Tomato sauce
- 1 cup of mozzarella
- 3 eggs
- Ricotta
- Fresh parsley
🍄 🍖 Ingredients for “Meat loaded”
- ½ cup of Guanciale
- ⅓ cup of fresh chili pepper
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 cup of onions
- 1 cup of bell peppers
- Salt and pepper
- Power smoked paprika

Canned cherry tomatoes (or fresh)
- Tomato sauce
- 1 cup of mozzarella
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup of mushrooms
- Salame
- Prosciutto
PREPARATION
- Saute onion and garlic (with guanciale for meat loaded)
- Add onions, mushrooms, bell peppers and saute for 5 min
- Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika
- Add canned or fresh tomatoes and tomato sauce
- For “Meat loaded” add salame (or any other meat ingredient you have)
- Mix and add water if needed to cover all ingredients
- Add a cup of mozzarella
- Break the eggs on top and cook on low heat until the eggs are cooked
- Garnish with fresh parsley, fresh green onion, ricotta, prosciutto
