INGREDIENTS
- Gnocchi al Nero di Seppiaā ā
- 6-7 ounces of calamariā ā
- 8-9 ounces of mussels and clams mixā ā
- 6 jumbo shrimpsā ā
- Olive oilā ā
- 1 garlic cloveā ā
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoesā ā
- 5,5 ounces of tomato pureeā ā
- 1 cup of lemon juiceā ā
- Lemon zestā
- Butterā ā
- Fresh parsleyā ā
PREPARATION
- Wash and cut calamari ( around 6-7 ounces of calamari) - set asideā ā
- Wash and clean around 6 jumbo shrimps and set asideā ā
- Wash and clean mussels mixed with clams (around 8-9 ounces) ā ā
- Heat olive oil on a skillet and brown it from both sides - set asideā ā
- Add calamari on the same skillet - saute for 2 minā ā
- Add 1 crushed garlic cloves, 1 cup of cherry tomatoes (halved), saute for 2 minutes more on medium heat
- ā ā Add mussels and clams, add white wine (optional), 5,5 ounces of tomato puree, 1 cup of lemon juice, 1 ounce of butter and lemon zestā ā
- Mix well, lower the heat, cover lid and simmer for additional 5minā ā
- Add Gnocchi mix well and turn off the heat.
Serve with fresh parsleyā ā š„
