INGREDIENTS

  • Gnocchi al Nero di Seppia⁠⠀
  • 6-7 ounces of calamari⁠⠀
  • 8-9 ounces of mussels and clams mix⁠⠀
  • 6 jumbo shrimps⁠⠀
  • Olive oil⁠⠀
  • 1 garlic clove⁠⠀
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes⁠⠀
  • 5,5 ounces of tomato puree⁠⠀
  • 1 cup of lemon juice⁠⠀
  • Lemon zest⁠
  • Butter⁠⠀
  • Fresh parsley⁠⠀

PREPARATION

  1. Wash and cut calamari ( around 6-7 ounces of calamari) - set aside⁠⠀
  2. Wash and clean around 6 jumbo shrimps and set aside⁠⠀
  3. Wash and clean mussels mixed with clams (around 8-9 ounces) ⁠⠀
  4. Heat olive oil on a skillet and brown it from both sides - set aside⁠⠀
  5. Add calamari on the same skillet - saute for 2 min⁠⠀
  6. Add 1 crushed garlic cloves, 1 cup of cherry tomatoes (halved), saute for 2 minutes more on medium heat
  7. ⁠⠀ Add mussels and clams, add white wine (optional), 5,5 ounces of tomato puree, 1 cup of lemon juice, 1 ounce of butter and lemon zest⁠⠀
  8. Mix well, lower the heat, cover lid and simmer for additional 5min⁠⠀
  9. Add Gnocchi mix well and turn off the heat.

Serve with fresh parsley⁠⠀🔥
