INGREDIENTS
- Gnocchi al Nero di Seppia⠀
- 6-7 ounces of calamari⠀
- 8-9 ounces of mussels and clams mix⠀
- 6 jumbo shrimps⠀
- Olive oil⠀
- 1 garlic clove⠀

1 cup of cherry tomatoes⠀
- 5,5 ounces of tomato puree⠀
- 1 cup of lemon juice⠀
- Lemon zest
- Butter⠀
- Fresh parsley⠀
PREPARATION
- Wash and cut calamari ( around 6-7 ounces of calamari) - set aside⠀
- Wash and clean around 6 jumbo shrimps and set aside⠀
- Wash and clean mussels mixed with clams (around 8-9 ounces) ⠀
- Heat olive oil on a skillet and brown it from both sides - set aside⠀
- Add calamari on the same skillet - saute for 2 min⠀
- Add 1 crushed garlic cloves, 1 cup of cherry tomatoes (halved), saute for 2 minutes more on medium heat
- ⠀ Add mussels and clams, add white wine (optional), 5,5 ounces of tomato puree, 1 cup of lemon juice, 1 ounce of butter and lemon zest⠀
- Mix well, lower the heat, cover lid and simmer for additional 5min⠀
- Add Gnocchi mix well and turn off the heat.
Serve with fresh parsley⠀🔥
