
Pennoni Pesto Pasta

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Cup Grated parmesan
- 1 cup Pine nuts
- 5 cups Fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 14 oz Sogno Toscano Pennoni
PREPARATION:
- Start with adding basil leaves and partially olive oil into blender
- Mix slightly
- Add parmesan, pine nuts, garlic and rest of olive oil
- Mix and set aside (cover very good so it don’t become black color)
- In boiling water cook Sogno Toscano Pennoni till al dente
- Mix with pesto sauce and serve
- You can serve it as with cold pesto as warmed up
- Salt is not recommended as parmesan cheese is very salty itself
