INGREDIENTS:

For pasta:

For tomato sauce: 

 

PREPARATION:

  1.  Add olive oil to the saucepan
  2. Add whole garlic 1 clove
  3. Add cherry tomatoes 14 oz cut in half
  4. Add salt and pepper - mix
  5. Add Capers
  6. Cover the lid - cook on low heat for 20 min
  7. Swordfish 12 oz on the plate
  8. Cut into small cubes -mask
  9. In the pan with hot oil add garlic 1 clove
  10. Add swordfish - cook until brown
  11. Deglaze with white wine
  12. Remove garlic
  13. Add salt and pepper
  14. Mix tomato sauce with swordfish
  15. Don't forget to remove the garlic
  16. In the hot salted water add Adoro Calamarata pasta 10 oz
  17. When pasta is cooked, mix it with sauce
  18. Garnish with fresh parsley
