
Italian Farro Salad and Pantesca Salad with Tuna
Farro Italian Salad 🥗
This salad is the best for summer. You can add tuna, grilled chicken, and veggies.

INGREDIENTS
- Farro (desirable amount)
- Cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Basil
PREPARATION
- Wash and soak the farro for at least a couple hours
- Boil it over medium heat first, then close the lid and lower the heat until its ready
- Put the farro in the dish and garnish it with cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper, and lots of olive oil.
- Serve with a pinch of fresh basil
Pantesca Tuna Salad🐟
INGREDIENTS
• 2 large potatoes
• ½ cup of thinly sliced onions
• ½ cup of pitted black olives
• Pack of tuna
• One bay leaf
• 2 cups of cherry tomatoes (cut into halves)
• Salt & pepper
PREPARATION
- Boil potatoes with the bay leaf until ready
- Skin the potatoes and cut it into chunks
- Mix olives, onions, tomatoes, olive oil, tuna, salt, and pepper altogether in a bowl
- Serve with a pinch of fresh basil
