  1. Cut the tuna fillets and collect it in a bowl with salt, pepper, 3 tablespoons of oil and a few shredded basil leaves.
  2. Dip the tomatoes for a few seconds in boiling water, pass them in cold water then peel them, remove the seeds, cut them into cubes and add them to the tuna.
  3. Wash the courgettes, peel them with the potato peeler and make long fillets.
  4. Boil the spaghetti al dente in salted water and half a minute before the end of cooking, pour the courgette fillets into the saucepan of the pasta.
  5. Drain everything and cool under running water.
  6. Drain very well and pour pasta and zucchini into the bowl with the tuna and tomato.
  7. Spread the pasta on the plates and complete with the shredded mozzarella and a few fresh basil leaves.
