Ingredients
- 300 g of spaghetti
- About 200 g of fresh tuna
- 120 g of buffalo mozzarella
- 2 courgettes
- 2 large ripe tomatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Basil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Cut the tuna fillets and collect it in a bowl with salt, pepper, 3 tablespoons of oil and a few shredded basil leaves.
- Dip the tomatoes for a few seconds in boiling water, pass them in cold water then peel them, remove the seeds, cut them into cubes and add them to the tuna.
- Wash the courgettes, peel them with the potato peeler and make long fillets.
- Boil the spaghetti al dente in salted water and half a minute before the end of cooking, pour the courgette fillets into the saucepan of the pasta.
- Drain everything and cool under running water.
- Drain very well and pour pasta and zucchini into the bowl with the tuna and tomato.
- Spread the pasta on the plates and complete with the shredded mozzarella and a few fresh basil leaves.
