Ingredients
- Pizza Dough using Sogno Toscano premium quality flour
- Pesto (ready to eat)
- Ricotta Cheese
- Shredded Mozzarella
- Parmesan Cheese
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Olives
- Eggs
Preparation
- Form two prolonged pieces from a pizza dough
- Grease it with olive oil
- Cover one with ricotta cheese and mozzarella layer on top
- Cover the second one with pesto and parmesan cheese - add cherry tomatoes and olives on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 425 F
- Take it out from the oven, form a little hollow in the middle and break an egg in each of pizza
- Send it back into the oven for 2-3 additional minutes at 400 F
- Garnish with greens
