Cannellini Beans Polpette




  1. Drain the cannellini beans from their water.
  2. In a Blender mix the beans, Parmigiano, Thyme, salt, and pepper and mix all the ingredients together.
  3. If the mixture is too soft add breadcrumbs.
  4. Put extra breadcrumbs on a plate.
  5. Form the balls with your hands and cover them with breadcrumbs.
  6. Set aside
  7. Warm-up frying oil and once is ready cook the balls until golden
