Spaghettini (thin spaghetti) are the latest additions to the Adoro family. They boast a diameter of 1.55 mm which makes them delicate and refined. Precisely because of their thinness, they require a very short cooking time of only 6 min.
Spaghettini Adoro are a very delicate format, that's why we suggest you to season them with sauces with a not too strong taste, in order to appreciate their true essence. You could taste them with a white sauce, like butter and sage or in broth.

Durum wheat semolina, water. Contains gluten, it might contain trace of egg.
