Liuzzi Scamorza is a traditional semi-soft Italian cheese, made using the pasta filata (stretched curd) method. Lightly salted and crafted for a smooth, creamy texture, this cheese is prized for its exceptional melting ability. Perfect for use on pizza, in baked dishes, or served simply as a table cheese, Scamorza adds a delicate, milky flavor to any meal.
Each cheese is carefully hand-stretched, then soaked in a light brine for 80 minutes before being hung to dry overnight. Once ready, the scamorza is sealed in a pouch made from food-grade film that protects against moisture and oxygen. The pouch is vacuum-sealed to ensure freshness, with all air removed from the packaging.
