Made in a small, historic pasta factory ,our Organic Busiata is a rare find. Produced using age-old techniques, each piece is bronze die cut and slowly dried to preserve the full flavor and texture of the organic durum wheat semolina.

With its signature spiral shape, busiata is ideal for holding rich, chunky sauces, from pesto to hearty ragù.

Ingredients

Organic Durum Wheat Semolina, Water. CONTAINS GLUTEN.It may contain traces of
eggs & soy products.

Cooking instructions

Bring water to a boil, add salt as desired, cook for 13-15 minutes.
