Octopus carpaccio package

1 Octopus Salame 2.2lb / 1kg
1 Lemon infused Extra Virgin Olive oil 250 ml / 8.5 oz
1 Riviera Pitted olives 1kg / 2.2lb
1 O'vesuvio semi- dry tomatoes in oil 770 gr / 1.7 lb
Recipe ingredients & preparation
1 lb of Octopus
2 table spoons of lemon infused Evo
1 oz of O'vesuvio semi-dry tomatoes in oil
1 oz of Riviera Pitted olives
1 cup of Arugula
Cut Octopus in very thin slices ( about 1mm) and arrange in a plate. Add the olives , the semi-dry tomatoes and the rocket salad. Whisk together lemon infused Evo, salt and black pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle the dressing and serve!
