The Adoro tabs differ from all other long formats by the flat shape that allows the format to be part of the "bavette" family. Our linguine boast a dough made exclusively with pure spring water and Italian wheat, which passes through our bronze dies, giving the pasta the necessary porosity to retain the seasonings.
The region from which this format comes is Liguria, the linguina in fact was born to embrace the famous Ligurian pesto creating a perfect combination of flavors.
