They only use " Friend of the Sea" certified tuna by the World sustainable Organization , and following the ancient Sardinian expertise, they use each part of the tuna for the various types of processing. No fish is wasted.
This yellow-fin tuna underbelly is ripened in olive oil for at least one year before sale. It is dolphin-safe and fished in total accordance with the protections of the habitat of the sea.
For a traditional Italian meal pair this tuna with pasta or enjoy it in an antipasto platter, over a salad.
