Brown stew fungus( Pholiota mutabilis), straw mushroom ( Volvaria volvacea), Saffron milk cap ( Lactarius deliciosus), wild mushrooms ( Boletus edulis), Chantarelle mushrooms ( Cantharellus cibarius), Burgundy mushroom ( Stropharia rugosoannulata), Shi-Take ( Lentinus edodes) in variable proportions, sunflower oil, water, salt, onion, drained mushrooms, garlic & pepper
