The Adoro helicopters are one of the traditional formats we prefer. In Neapolitan culture they are called "maccheroni" and represent a symbol of Neapolitan eating. A story that circulated in the eighteenth century in Naples tells that when Pulcinella became king he was denied a dish of macaroni from his servitude on the pretext that it was a popular food, not very suitable for his rank. The same story tells that Pulcinella said: "Mo', mo' me sprincepo", that is, I am immediately willing to abdicate in order to receive my plate of macaroni.
The helical ones do not need a particular condiment to be exalted, they are simple and as such we suggest to dress them with a fresh tomato and basil sauce. In just fifteen minutes you will have a dish that enjoys an inimitable refinement on the table.
