It has a natural bread aroma with hints of caramelized onion, a crisp and crumbly texture, and a well-balanced taste that blends the sweetness of raisins with the rich savoriness of onion. Its golden-brown color with darker toasted accents makes it both visually appealing and delicious.
Remilled durum wheat semolina, 14% extra virgin olive oil, white wine (contains sulfites), salt, 1.4% dehydrated onion, 1.4% raisins.
