There’s something undeniably luxurious about the combination of truffle, smoky cheese, and silky Prosciutto di Parma. This pinsa recipe brings together earthy black truffle sauce, rich melted mozzarella, and delicate cured ham , all layered on the light, airy crust of a traditional Roman-style pinsa. It’s the perfect dish for an indulgent appetizer, a cozy dinner, or an elegant party bite that’s sure to impress.

INGREDIENTS

- 2 tablespoons black truffle sauce
- 6 slices of Prosciutto di Parma 

PREPARATION 

1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

2. Place your pinsa base on a baking sheet or pizza stone.

3. Spread 2 tablespoons of black truffle sauce evenly across the surface.

4. Arrange 6–8 slices of smoked mozzarella over the sauce.

5. Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is perfectly melted.

6. Slice the pinsa into 6 pieces.

7. Finish each slice with one piece of Prosciutto di Parma draped delicately on top

8. Serve immediately
